ok...I care.....You were born on your twin brother's first birthday????

You can elaborate, at my blog, if you would like!

Wow, you are gorgeous! You look a little like young Faye Dunaway. :)

My brother and I were born almost exactly to the day a year apart. But not twins. Although everyone thought we were, growing up. We had a twin language, even. My mom hated it, she said it freaked her out. Heheh :)
I don't remember it, though...

Good stuff at Pete's.
I tend to not bother to argue with madmen.
But I do believe I am a kind person.;)

Hey again sweetie,
I saw over at Pete's the recent crap,
I'm glad that you apologized only because it was good for some, I suppose.

But since I am an Old Dog here,
I ahead and finally posted a response.
His blog is about dead anyway.
Just the same 2 or 3 people posting over and over...

Heheh, saw your post at Pete's, that was cute! Lucky you, Janice, you had a special experience that I'm a sure a lot of people would love to switch places with you!
Hey- I was going to mention that you look so young! I had to read that one part twice,I couldn't believe it!
It's more of a whole youthful countenance about you, you know?

I meant to get back to you sooner but have been having some personal garbage going on (divorce) :( Blah.
Anyway, good to "see you" :D xoxo

Dear Janice,

Thanks for the very kind words of advice for me over at my blog. You've made me re-consider the possibility of a sabbatical. I'm just afraid (knowing me) that I'll end up exactly back where I am. I'm not good at making breaks from things/making changes. But I'll try extra hard now, with the encouragement you and others have given me. I am also taking a children's writing course which may take me on a new path with a little luck.

Thanks again, sweet blogger friend!
- Lucy.

Hi Janice,

First of all, nice to hear from you! thanks for the comment. :-)

Yes... the good ol' days... (but nothing beats a kiss from P, eh?) (what a cute story!)

First, save your profile pic to somewhere on your hard drive (unless it's already there!)

Then, when you go to edit your template in blogger, you have options to add images (almost anywhere on the blog template – but you'll see, my 1980 image of P. got a bit cut – have not been able to figure out how to fix that – I think coz it's too big). You can import an image straight from your computer this way.

Or you can insert an image to a post (easily) by pressing the image button on the post template.

Yes, I'm feeling a bit better lately. And I think it's because I've been losing myself playing guitar... AND I got 3 surprise messages on MySpace last night (including from the official PT fansite) that my drawing(s) were super. It was extremely uplifting to hear that, esp. unsolicted! So yeah.. I'm happier. Thanks to you, also. :-)

- Lucy (more later...) (let me know if any of the image advice works for you..) (I'm not actually in blogger right now so I'm just recalling vaguely from memory)

P.S. Could I have an email for you?

Hi Janice!
Ooh thank you for letting us know about Venus and the moon on Pete's blog.
I forget what you called it...something cool.
anyway, I was sitting poolside in Palm Springs last night gazing at it...wondering if it was Venus or not.
It was so beautiful - very special.
Like Pete!
and Delbut.
:)

xx

Oh Janice thank you SO much for your thougtful comment!
You really made my day.
I am "chuffed" that you identify with me most! wow.
I am so down and feeling overwhelmed at the moment.
It will pass once I get my butt into gear I guess.
I, too am sad to leave the US. I try to get pumped up about moving- yes I am a gypsy but...it's hard.

You are a beautiful soul.
I like mystical things too...I think we are very much alike.

Pray for peace!
(I DID protest in DC a few years back).

I hope you start writing some posts for us...you write really well.
I will keep a lookout for your next one!

Take care,
Love,
Suexxx

Hi Janice,

Sweet note you wrote to Pete. Also cool about the acid - I believe we "need" drugs sometimes. Truly.

KIT!
- Lucy. (p.s. I may not be online much -- hit or miss -- as I don't have a computer of my own at the moment. Have to keep borrowing them off other people/work.)

nice photos Janice. He has changed a heap since then, ay? Shame about his blog going soon. It has been fun. Even if my comments are not too serious!#
Ta sweetie.
